Team Challenges are unique business-related events for trainees of the Worldwide Practice Enterprise Network. Challenge events provide an opportunity for trainees to develop team-building, communication and presentation skills as well as to showcase their critical thinking and problem solving capabilities. Participating in international Team Challenges offer an excellent networking opportunity with trainees from Practice Enterprises from around the world and with business representatives from mentor companies and other professionals who serve as judges.

Global Enterprise Challenge

What is it?

The Global Enterprise Challenge (GEC) is a one-day long competition that brings together Practice Enterprise trainees from different countries to work in multinational teams on a real-world business case study and prepare a solution-based presentation to a panel of judges. The GEC includes preparation time as well as a preliminary and final round of presentations to judges.

Global Innovation Challenge

What is it?

The Global Innovation Challenge (GIC) is one of the world’s most unique business-themed events. Trainees representing different countries work in multinational teams to solve a pressing global issue using design thinking principles.

Participants are introduced to the case at the start of the event and work with mentors with expertise in the field of study to propose solutions to relevant, real-world international and sustainable development challenges.
