What is it?
PEN Entrepreneurship Week 2022 is a Social Media Competition that focuses on leadership skills and social responsibility. It takes place during the Global Entrepreneurship Week 2022.
How would you define a socially responsible leader and what qualities should they have? How can you learn to be a socially responsible leader in your Practice Enterprise?
Need some inspiration? Get inspired by checking out the 17 Sustainable Development Goals from the United Nations and reflect on how these can be addressed by responsible leaders.

When is it?
Event time: November 14 – 18, 2022
Registration Deadline: There is no need to register for this competition, just join & post your content during the week & submit the links.
Submission of post links: Friday November 18, 2022 (4:00 PM CET)
Announcement of winners: Friday, December 9, 2022

What are the prizes?
1st, 2nd, 3rd Place receive a special certificate and a Practice Enterprise Currency Prize**
1st Prize: 50,000 PE USD + surprise gift
2nd Prize: 30,000 PE USD
3rd Prize: 15,000 PE USD
Steps to Participate:
- If you choose to take part, there is no need to register. Just join our competition during the week of November 14 -18, 2022 and post away! Check the information below:
- Create a short creative video for posting and answer the following 3 questions:
- Explain / define a socially responsible leader.
- Explain what characteristics a responsible leader should have.
- Explain how the Practice Enterprise can teach you to become a responsible leader.
- Put the answers together in a short video & post it during the competition week.
- Make sure your submission follows the competition requirements. (see section below)
- Submit the links to your posts through our website. (The submit button will appear when the event week starts)
- Wait for the winners to be announced & feel free to like + comment on other submissions.
Requirements:
- Posts must be submitted between November 14 - 18, 2022
- Links must be submitted by November 18, 2022 (4:00 pm CET)
- Must be on Instagram, Facebook and / or Twitter
- Post has to be published from a Practice Enterprise Social Media Account
- Participating Practice Enterprises must be members of the Worldwide Practice Enterprise Network
- All posts must be in English
- 1 post with 1 video only (video length should be a minimum of 20 seconds, maximum 60 seconds.)
- It must be a proper post and not a story.
- You must write the full name of your Practice Enterprise and your country under the post. (Example: ABC PE, Germany)
- Your post must follow the Etiquette, Requirements & the Steps to Participate
- Your post must tag us: Instagram: @pen_worldwide Facebook / Twitter: @penworldwide
- We encourage you to post the same video on all the available channels.
