What is it?
The PEN Valentine’s Trade Day takes place on February 12th, 2026. Apart from your Practice Enterprise regular product portfolio, you can also focus on special Valentine’s thematic offers. This year the event will also include a Mystery Shopping Competition!
The goal of the Trade Day is to boost the volume of international trade between Practice Enterprises. You will be able to test your sales pitch and negotiation skills and the processes of commercial order processing. On top of that, you get to experience different languages, cultures and business etiquettes. Last but not least, you will get to make new connections and find new Practice Enterprises to continue your exchanges with.
When is it?
Trade Day Time: Thursday February 12, 2026 – Registration Open
Trade Day Registration Deadline: Registration will stay open until the day of the event.
Time Zones: The event time zone is CET – Germany, Berlin. To calculate the time of your availabilities, please check the Time Zone Converter Link.

Mystery Shopping Competition:
The Mystery Shopping Competition is all about showing your best customer‑service skills. During the fair, judges will visit your stand pretending to be regular customers.
They’ll check how you greet them, how clearly you communicate, how well you understand their needs, and how much you know about your product. They’ll also look at how you handle an order and how confidently you use your language skills.
Based on the criteria, Practice Enterprises can win 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place. It’s a fun and informal way to keep the quality of trading high and really nothing to be afraid of. 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place receive a special certificate and a Practice Enterprise Currency Prize (payable in Euros)**
1st Prize: 50,000 PE EUR
2nd Prize: 30,000 PE EUR
3rd Prize: 15,000 PE EUR
Steps to Participate:
- Access the event at: https://penbank.penworldwide.org/onlinetradefairs/guests/
- If you already have an active account, just log in. If you don't have an account - please click to sign up and create your Practice Enterprise account.
- You must be a Practice Enterprise from the Practice Enterprise network. Your Practice Enterprise can either sign up as a Practice Enterprise visitor or as an exhibitor.
- Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address used for registration.
- Login and register your placements as an exhibitor for the days of the event when you want to offer your products and services.
- If you are an exhibitor, add the time slots during which you will be available.

Requirements for participation:
- All Practice Enterprises must be active Members of the Worldwide Practice Enterprise Network.
- You must have your international Practice Enterprise code (PECode) - if you are unsure, please contact the Practice Enterprise National Office in your country.
- In order to book placement time slots, you first have to sign up and create an account. If you already have an active account, you can book your placements directly.
- For exhibitors, make sure you add a videoconferencing tool when registering and be present and online for the times you registered for.
- Make sure your audio and video settings are functional to ensure smooth communication with other Practice Enterprises.
Trading Event Etiquette:
- Mind the Time: If you signed up for a placement for a specific date and time, respect these and be online on time. Also remember that there are different time zones around the globe.
- Respect Others: In our diverse network we appreciate different opinions and backgrounds and live an inclusive community.
- Check the Requirements: Make sure to check the rules and requirements well in advance so you are prepared.
- Avoid discriminatory or hurtful words: We are a polite and respectful community in the Worldwide Practice Enterprise Network.
