What is it?
The Asia Business Meet-Up is a trading event that offers a forum for connecting Practice Enterprises (PEs) from Asia for commercial and cooperative exchanges. It is co-organized by ChinaPEN, Korea PEN, VCI Indonesia and PEN Worldwide and takes place on May 7, 2025.
The event focuses on connecting Asian PEs to facilitate future commercial exchanges and create opportunities for partnerships. It also aims to increase the volume of transnational commercial transactions. It also offers a platform for trainees to demonstrate their skills and capabilities. The activities include a trading event and a sales pitch competition.
All Practice Enterprises who are a part of the Worldwide Network are encouraged to participate. Your PE can choose how you market your products and services and your focus for purchasing. Find more information below for the steps to participate.

Registration will be open until the day of the event.
Time Zones:

How does it work?
Asia Business Meet-Up Recommendations
- Talk to at least 2 Practice Enterprises from other countries
- Limit the sales pitch time during meetings with other Practice Enterprises to 3 minutes
- Focus on completing sales and purchase transactions
- Get to know the other Practice Enterprises and form partnerships
- Transaction Method: International SWIFT Transactions sent through the PEN WebService (normal PE payment procedure)
Steps to Participate:
- Access the event at: https://penbank.penworldwide.org/onlinetradefairs/guests/
- If you already have an active account, just log in. If you don't have an account - please click to sign up and create your Practice Enterprise account.
- You must be a Practice Enterprise in Worldwide Practice Enterprise Network. Your Practice Enterprise can either sign up as a Practice Enterprise visitor or as an exhibitor.
- Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address used for registration.
- Login and register your placements as an exhibitor for the days of the event when you want to offer your products and services.
- If you are an exhibitor, add the time slots during which you will be available.

Requirements for participation:
- All Practice Enterprises must be a part of the Worldwide Practice Enterprise Network.
- You must have your international Practice Enterprise code (PECode) - if you are unsure, please contact the Practice Enterprise National Office in your country.
- In order to book placement time slots, you first have to sign up and create an account. If you already have an active account, you can book your placements directly.
- For exhibitors, make sure you add a videoconferencing tool (no Google Meet allowed as that does not work for Chinese Practice Enterprises) when registering and be present and online for the times you registered for.
- Make sure your audio and video settings are functional to ensure smooth communication with other Practice Enterprises.
Trading Event Etiquette:
- Mind the Time: If you signed up for a placement for a specific date and time, respect these and be online on time. Also remember that there are different time zones around the globe.
- Respect Others: In our diverse network we appreciate different opinions and backgrounds and live an inclusive community.
- Check the Requirements: Make sure to check the rules and requirements well in advance so you are prepared.
- Avoid discriminatory or hurtful words: We are a polite and respectful community in the Worldwide Practice Enterprise Network.
