What is it?
The Adult Practice Enterprise Trading Day is a trading event for enterprises with adult participants with the goal of offering a forum for connecting adult Practice Enterprises. It is co-organized by Helvartis and PEN Worldwide and will take place on November 28, 2023. The event takes place from 08:00 – 17:00 CET. Each Practice Enterprise can register based on their availabilities and choose their time slots. For more information, check out the FAQs.
All Practice Enterprises for adult employabilty and Higher Education Institutions from the Worldwide Network are open and encouraged to participate. There is no specific theme or focus for this special event, your Enterprise is free to choose how you market your products and your focus for purchasing. More information on the steps to participate can be found below.
When is it?
Adult Practice Enterprise Trading Day 2023:
November 28, 2023 (Tuesday 08:00 – 17:00 CET – each Practice Enterprise chooses their preferred time slot)
Registration will stay open until the day of the event.
Time Zones:
The event time zone is CET – Germany, Berlin. To calculate the time of your availabilities, please check the Time Zone Converter Link.

Steps to Participate:
- Access the event at: https://penbank.penworldwide.org/onlinetradefairs/guests/
- If you already have an active account, just log in. If you don't have an account - please click to sign up and create your Practice Enterprise account.
- You must be a Practice Enterprise for adult training or an HEI. Your Practice Enterprise can either sign up as a Practice Enterprise visitor or as an exhibitor.
- Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address used for registration.
- Login and register your placements as an exhibitor for the days of the event when you want to offer your products and services.
- If you are an exhibitor, add the time slots during which you will be available.

Requirements for participation:
- All Practice Enterprises must be for adult employability training or from an HEI/University.
- You must have your international Practice Enterprise code (PECode) - if you are unsure, please contact the Practice Enterprise National Office in your country.
- In order to book placement time slots, you first have to sign up and create an account. If you already have an active account, you can book your placements directly.
- For exhibitors, make sure you add a videoconferencing tool when registering and be present and online for the times you registered for.
- Make sure your audio and video settings are functional to ensure smooth communication with other Practice Enterprises.
Trading Event Etiquette:
- Mind the Time: If you signed up for a placement for a specific date and time, respect these and be online on time. Also remember that there are different time zones around the globe.
- Respect Others: In our diverse network we appreciate different opinions and backgrounds and live an inclusive community.
- Check the Requirements: Make sure to check the rules and requirements well in advance so you are prepared.
- Avoid discriminatory or hurtful words: We are a polite and respectful community in the Worldwide Practice Enterprise Network.
