What is it?

PEN Entrepreneurship Week 2026 is a recurring Social Media Competition organized by the Practice Enterprise Network PEN Worldwide. This year’s theme, “A Day at Our Practice Enterprise,” invites trainees to take us behind the scenes and show what entrepreneurship looks like in action.

Practice Enterprises are dynamic learning environments — blending teamwork, problem‑solving, creativity, and real business processes. During Global Entrepreneurship Week 2026, we want to showcase this authentic learning-by doing experience.

Your Mission: Create a short video (60–180 seconds) that captures a real day at your Practice Enterprise. Show us how your team operates, collaborates, makes decisions, and keeps the enterprise running. Think of it as a Practice Enterprise “day‑in‑the‑life” documentary and answer the main question: What does a day at your Practice Enterprise look like?

Use storytelling to showcase your Practice Enterprise. Feel free to be creative; for example you could answer some of these questions:

  • What’s today’s business priority?
  • What problem did your team solve?
  • What business processes did you use?
  • What skills did you practice?

Get Creative & Share: Capture the moments that make your Practice Enterprise unique – quick scenes, short interviews, visuals or captions that tell your story. Post your video on social media, tag us, and add the contest hashtag so others can see what a day inside your Practice Enterprise looks like.

When is it?

Event time: November 16-20, 2026

Registration Deadline: No registration is needed for this competition; just join and post your content during the week of November 16-20, 2026 and submit the links.

Submission of post links: Friday, November 20 2026 (4:00 PM CET)

Announcement of winners: Friday, December 4, 2026

* Results will be published online on December 4, 2026

What are the prizes?

1st, 2nd, 3rd Place receive a special certificate and a Practice Enterprise Currency Prize (payable in Euros)**

1st Prize:    50,000 PE EUR

2nd Prize:   30,000 PE EUR

3rd Prize:    15,000 PE EUR

Steps to Participate:

  • There is no need to register. Just join our competition during the week of November 16-20, 2026 and post away! Check the information below:
  • Create 1 short creative video for posting that answers the following question :
  • What does a day at your Practice Enterprise look like?
  • Show us some of these elements in the video: how your team operates, collaborates, makes decisions, and keeps the enterprise running. What skills are you learning and what are you priorities for this day? Think of it as your Practice Enterprise “day‑in‑the‑life” documentary.
  • Put the answers together in a short video (reel) & post it during the competition week
  • Make sure your submission follows the competition requirements. (see below)
  • Submit the links to your post through our website (The submit button will appear when the competition starts)
  • Wait for the winners to be announced & feel free to like + comment on other posts.

Requirements:

  • Posts must be submitted between November 16-20, 2026
  • Links must be submitted by November 20, 2026 (4:00 pm CET)
  • Must be on Instagram, Facebook and/or TikTok
  • Post must be on a Practice Enterprise Social Media Account
  • Participating Practice Enterprises must be members of the Worldwide Practice Enterprise Network
  • All content must be in English
  • 1 post with 1 video in total (the length of each video should be minimum 60 seconds, maximum 180 seconds.)
  • Post must be a proper post/reel and not a story.
  • You must write the full name of your Practice Enterprise and your country under the post. (Example: ABC PE, Germany)
  • Your post must follow the Etiquette, Requirements and Steps to Participate
  • Your post must tag us: Instagram: @pen_worldwide Facebook: @penworldwide / TikTok @penworldwide
  • You can post the same video on all the available channels.
  • Must use all hashtags:

Social Media Etiquette:

  • Mind the time: If a date & time frame are set, respect these. Also remember that there are different time zones around the globe.
  • Respect Others: In our diverse network we appreciate different opinions & backgrounds and live an inclusive community.
  • Appreciate Diversity: Keep in mind that your posts should be destined for an international audience with diverse cultural backgrounds & differing business cultures.
  • Check the Requirements: Make sure to check the rules & requirements well in advance so you are prepared.
  • Avoid discriminatory or hurtful words: We are a polite & respectful community in the Worldwide Practice Enterprise Network.
  • Validate your audio & visual material: Make sure you have the legal rights to use the photos, pictures, audio & videos you post on Social Media.
